My tire popped on the side of the road and I had to get my car towed here. I called and they were able to get me a quote over the phone. The customer service was amazing and they assured me while I was going through the stressful situation. After I got the tow there, they changed my tire in under the amount of time that they anticipated. Anthony C was very thorough and welcoming when I came in with a tire issues. I told him my problem and he was able to get be in right away and checked out.
Great! I had a dry rotted valve stem and Anthony fixed it, explained to me, and got me in and out without an appointment on a Sat in less than an hour.
I was very pleased with my service! They were super nice and efficient. I would highly recommend them
I followed Bryan over to Mavis from NTB because of his Excellent knowledge on cars and the ways that he communicates that to me. I appreciate how he welcomes me by name and asks how things are going with me; like he truly cares about my well-being. And his team at Mavis have never disappointed me when it comes to their customer service!
