Discovered a screw in back tire of my car. Went into MAVIS Tires in Ellenton and Stephanie and her team took Great care of my unexpected situation with World Class Customer Service in a quick and professional manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your car has some type of automotive need!!
Bethany was very helpful and had a great attitude.
Tried to make an appointment employee tells me no appointment needed. when I get there they tell me it will be a few hours because I should have made an appointment. so I left my truck for tuneup and oil change. after getting a call saying it was ready after an hour asked again if they did a tuneup employee says yes. When I get Bethany laughs and says oh it was early (8am) I thought you tire rotation. She is unprofessional and should not be in sales.
Guy really helped me out, explained to me a few things that I had questions about and got me out of there quick.
Just had a great experience working with the Mavis team in Parrish, FL. My son experienced a complete tire blowout while driving on 75 and Mavis was able to order a replacement tire and install it the next day. While others quoted lower tire prices and competitive labor rates, none were able to commit to the quick turnaround which was the most critical factor in this situation.
