I went in to have a small screw removed from one of my tires. After waiting about an hour, I was told that I needed to replace all four tires. This was surprising because I had just been to the dealership the week before for a tire rotation, and they confirmed my tires were in good condition. I was also told they no longer remove screws or nails from tires or perform tire plug repairs, and that my only option was to purchase a new tire. JJ was most helpful when I needed a front turn signal replaced. I was helped immediately without a prior appointment. I highly recommend them.
Parker was very helpful and got me in right away and I was a walk in. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommend
