The staff is always nice, they always work efficiently. I met Cawana and she was just amazing. Just had to pull in and get something fixed on our way to church...5 minutes and we were back on our way. Wonderful meeting these guys!
While I was having my vehicle serviced, some lady who look like a musty trashy man sped through the parking lot aggressively in a black Nissan making demands to the technician. She was irate and making threats, but the employee and Store Manager remained calm and professional. This is why I always come to this Mavis, they always provide amazing service and immaculate customer service!
