Put my tires on but didn’t balance them correctly nor did he inflate them to correct pressure. Took them back for balancing and it took nearly two hours. After getting my truck back I noticed they failed to check placement of tires and pressure. So a tire from front with lower PSI in now in back and a higher PSI tire is in front and I’ll have to fix this mistake again. Great price but I’m doing part of the work. Not happy. Waited 24 hours with no communication. Called. Haven’t looked at car. Another 24 hours…had to call again and oh wait, we are looking now - right. Place is busy and understaffed. They are friendly enough but would not recommend. Finally got a quote in 5 minutes after the whoops. Told them no thank you and I would pick it up in the am. They said no problem. They couldn't see me in Merdianville, but made sure I was taken care of in Hazel Green. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The people working here go above and beyond to give you the best experience and they work with your budget. Highly recommend.
Justice was amazing and helpful. He was communicative and apologetic about challenges regarding service. This store only had 3 active employees working yet ensured that my vehicle was taken care of. The entire staff was quick, responsive, and meticulous. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Justice and the rest of the team. I am beyond impressed and will be returning for future service.
I would highly recommend the Meridianville location. The staff was professional, polite, and very helpful. The technicians showed genuine concern for my safety and made sure I received affordable and nice tires for my Audi.
