I had made a reservation for some free services for my tires and brakes to take a look at my car and unfortunately because I misspoke when I got to the desk they added a service without double checking with me, that it was not in my original reservation and that this was an extra charge. I would’ve definitely told them that, had I known. Then as I am driving to work thats when I get a call with everything my car needs to get as expected. I stopped in today for a nail in my tire. It’s raining and miserable out. Gian and Harry greeted me with a smile and were able to get me fixed up in no time. I will definitely be going back to Mavis when needed. Thanks for making my day easier than I thought. They were really great
We had hit a large piece of twisted steel on our trip from Michigan. I was worried about any damage to the underbody and tires. I called Mavis and asked for an appointment. They got me right in and put my Chevy Equinox up onto a lift. They spent 10-15 minutes checking everything out and took it for a test drive. Luckily everything checked out. What a relief!
