I just wanted to shout out Hernesto and Thomas! They were amazing and handled everything perfectly
Had a really frustrating experience here. My husband went in for a simple oil change & ended up waiting three hours with little to no communication about what was going on. They were advising customers that they were short-staffed which is understandable but that makes clear communication even more important. When he finally asked how much longer it would take, instead of getting a helpful update, he was met with attitude. At that point, he decided to just take his keys & leave. Thomas was great, came in with a flat, got me set with 2 new tires after finding three nails, he made a rough experience alot better.
