Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication at this Mavis Tires location. Visited this location on 09/11/26. I also purchased my tires here about 2/3 weeks ago and also purchased the warranty. My back passenger tire had a nail in it, (super small) but it was patchable. I waited in the lobby for 30–40 minutes, while my car sat parked for approximately 15–25 minutes without anyone working on it. Best place in the villages for your tire services.
Not my regular auto mechanics, but had to stop somewhere today. Brake light has been on since at least Thursday, the last day I was in my car, without noticing the brake light being on. Today is Saturday. Went to Mavis Tires and Keith S. was my mechanic. Thought I had to replace a rear bulb on the passenger side as well, per a warning from a deputy.
