For over two years, our family and friends have been coming to this Mavis Waxhaw location. We have always found the staff to be honest, trustworthy and dependable. Kyle, Jeffrey and Don have always been there for us with service and preventive maintenance suggestions. They have always honored coupons that Mavis puts online, manufacturers rebates, and price matching on tires for our family and friends. I was there last year getting an oil change. And I have lost my silver dollar passed down to me from an officer when I was leaving the United State Marine Corps. I always leave my coin in my center console and someone here that did my oil change have definitely stole that coin from my car. I know it my fault for leaving a such important coin in the center console but as a business they shouldn’t have stole from customers.That coin meant a lot to me for all the years I have served for this country.
I absolutely love this place! The customer service is always amazing! Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to help. They fixed my tire super fast and made the whole process stress free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their customers!
