I recently took my vehicle to Mavis for service work only to have to take it to a Toyota Service Shop to have the Mavis work corrected at additional expense. From Mavis I experienced missing parts, incorrect installation and poor customer service. I am thankful there are other options locally to get my service work done besides Mavis.

Great service and.Brad could not have been nicer. I was told honestly the issues, cost of repair and suggestions for future repair. Brad even worked with me to pay the amount I had budgeted for repairs. Could not be more satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
I just got back from Mavis Tires and Brakes. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I found the staff there to be both knowledgeable and friendly. I knew if they were going to rotate tires they would give the brakes a look see. Not at all to my surprise there were some issues with the rotors and pads. Had an issue with tire losing Air(ALLOY WHEELS) fixed it quickly Then alerted my attention to the front brake pads were needing replaced. So, got a brake line flush, tire rotation, tire leak fixed in about 1.5 hour. Quick and courteous.
Had a nail in my tire from a roofing project. Mavis, formerly NTB, got me in right away, were able to fix it, and honored my road hazard from NTB. Friendly service people...great experience.
This tire shop used to be an NTB but now it’s a Mavis. Bret was awesome! He took care of us and got us back on the road the same day. Highly Recommend.
Waited a week to get 4 new tires transferred to store for install. Appointment arrived but no tires and no phone call. Said they couldn’t find my number to tell me. Seriously? Its not on the appointment schedule or credit application you had me fill out? Maybe directory assistance? Unprofessional and incompetent. Never come back and will advise community to take their business elsewhere.
