Made a 1pm appointment for an oil change. They called and told me they're short handed, to come 1:30-2 so I don't have to wait as long. I really appreciated that and showed up around 1:45 and handed off my keys. They told me at the time it could be up to an hour wait. Not thrilled, but whatever.
