I learned how to drive right before I turned 60, that was 5 years ago. So I get a little nervous if there's a sudden dashboard light. I had a flat over the weekend and managed to roll into Mavis. Jordan and Damien took me right in and patched it up. The next day I had another flat in the same tire and came right back. They found a hole you'd need a microscope to see and fixed it up right away. I really appreciate how Mavis is there when you have an emergency and how helpful Damien and Jordan are.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time, and I pride myself on recognizing good customer service because I’ve been in the industry for over two decades. I came outside this morning to find my brand new tire (purchased elsewhere) was flat and that there was a nail in it. Damien and his crew took the best care of me and got me in and out within an hour, and we’re able to patch and salvage the tire.
