My experience was wonderful at the Mavis discount tire in Hyde Park, New York. The two most helpful Were Laken and Dylan There wasn’t a long wait and they explained everything that they were gonna do to my vehicle. I wish there were more customer service helpers at facilities like your company has. I am definitely referring my friends and family members. Thank you again for all your help today. Blew a tire on Rt 9 and almost spun out. glad I didn’t. Put on my spare, and that blew soon after. Luckily, I was close to mavis. Thought my day was shot, but they got me right in two new tires, new sensors, and alignment done quick. Friendly crew, great service, and had me back on the road way sooner than expected.

Came in to get two tires replaced and a wheel alignment. They took care of it super fast, and the staff was really friendly the whole time. Place was clean, even the bathroom. They swapped out the tires with no problem and gave me a heads-up on a couple of other things without pressuring me. Fair price, quick job glad I stopped by.
