This review has been updated after the business responded to my original post and raised concerns about the accuracy of certain statements. It now reflects only my personal experience. I had very positive experiences here in the past when Dr. Ted owned the practice. Since the ownership change, my confidence in the clinic has significantly declined. CLIENTS READ MY FULL REVIEW! DON'T BRING YOUR PET HERE! The doctor that used to own this practice (Dr. Ted) was great but since sold the business, he did not get "fired" as others have stated. Major drama is going on here, since new owners have taken over. I wouldn't trust them to tie my shoes. I've been told from credible sources that they mistakenly stitched a cats tongue to it's cheek. Performed a spaying & clamped the wrong organs. Performed another surgery without anesthesia.
Very frustrated with the inaccurate information provided by the staff!!! We were told one vaccine was enough for the titer test, but upon arriving for our scheduled appointment today, we were told my dog actually needs two shots within a year before the test can be done. This mistake has delayed our international travel plans by weeks. A simple apology doesn't fix the time and stress caused by their lack of professional knowledge on travel requirements. Be very careful if you are planning to travel with your pet.
