We were visiting our daughter at the college when our brakes started having issues. Everyone at Mavis was a huge help and got us fixed up and back on the road in just a couple hours. Can’t say enough how professional and friendly everyone was. They do phenomenal work and I’m so grateful they helped us out! Can’t recommend this place enough! Shout out to Reggie and the rest of the gang…you guys were awesome!
Reggie is awesome! I needed my tire swapped ASAP, because I had a root canal scheduled. He had no techs showing up for a while so, jumped up and got to work. He was fast, and curtious. On top of all that, he still took the time to answer the phones when they rang. This man deserves a raise and some real praise. What could have been the start to an already crappy day, was saved at least a little. Thank you Reggie!
Saturday, I had a nail in my tire. Since it was a holiday weekend Mavis was about the only place open. I am sorry to say that I got ripped off! I was told that my tire had too much treadwear on it to plug the tire and I needed to buy a new tire. I just had my tire plugged by someone else and they said that it was unnecessary for me to buy a new tire. I regret that I spent almost $200 on a tire that I did not need!
I was grateful this place was open on a Sunday after my tire blew out. Mika got me right in, and they did a great job!
