Great service and great people. Reggie is the man. He was willing to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience a whole lot less stressful.
I came in at 10 min. before closing on Sunday with 2 flat tires. I had hit a curb. Mr Marvin Brown referred me to mavis He said, "they will fix you right up". I had prayed for an angel and God sent me Michael. He took care of me. He had no help and he did it all by himself. The heat index is 104 degrees but he never batted an eye. Not to mention the fact that he is probably missing his dinner too. God has a special place in Heaven for angels like Michael.
Michael and the team at the Eastanollee location exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and friendly. They found a way to help me stay within my budget and the brake job was completed within the time frame that they said it would take.
Failed to have the tires I had ordered when I showed up for my appointment. Failed to properly log my information in the system. Failed to do an alignment that was paid for and documented. Failed to rotate the tires, and then blatantly lied too that they had been rotated. (Clearly I have eyeballs and can see that they hadn't...) Failed to offer any customer service after my front tires were worn to the wear bars after 10,000 miles of driving because the alignment was never done.
