I took my car to Mavis at Canton Marketplace. They were great! The customer service was terrific. I also got a great deal!! I highly recommend them!
I went to this location to get a set of four tires. They took several days to install which was a red flag. Come to find out they damaged my driver mirror and they were trying to fix it without my knowledge. Once they figured out it would cost over $1,000.00 to fix they made me get three quotes from different shops to fix. Waste of time. They fought me to have a dealership to replace it with OEM parts. I walked out of work to find my tire was seriously low on air. It was 5:15 pm when I arrived and the team here at Mavis helped me fix my tires despite the fact they were set to close at 6. JT was extremely kind and helpful. I would come here again for sure!
Came in for a tire patch, left with a tire patched.
Went here to diagnose a small leak after losing a few pounds of air overnight after inflating the tire. No wait to get into the garage, and the front desk was friendly. Don was the one working on my car and found the hole but it was close to the sidewall that it can’t be repaired and have to get a new tire. However, Don saved me 200 bucks by taking it on still and patched it for me and said to come back if I had any issues. I didn’t have issues driving it home.
