I got a flat tire at 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. I called Mavis and spoke with Jose and he was both kind And professional. He reassured me that they would be able to take care of my needs, even though the tow truck would not be able to bring my car to their facility until 330 - the lot was pretty full and they were closing at 5 PM. Went late tonight with an urgent tire issue, the front desk and mechanic were able to diagnose it quickly before the end of the day and were very helpful and professional!
Came in for a balancing and a new tire on short notice and they were able to get it done within the same day. Nathan, who is originally from another location, was extremely understanding and friendly. Very well with communication. I appreciate him and the help him and the team provided. Will definitely be returning in the future!! Thank you! :)
I booked an appointment several days inn advance and showed up for my service only to be notified that the appointment was never entered into the computer. Apparently the regional manager was visiting the day I booked the appointment and it didn’t get logged. They said that I would have to wait 3+ hours for the next available opening. I decided it wasn’t worth it
**CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS!!!** I am a mechanic and I trusted mavis to tighten my lug nuts after installing new tires and my wheel almost fell off every lug nut was loose on that wheel going down the road thumping one of the guys came and tightened it on the road about 15 mins away definitely could have been ugly on highway!! To install 4 tires took about 3 hours being the first person there
