Celeste and Brian took care of my tire with a screw in it as soon as I got it out of my car. They went to work and had me ready to go with the tire ready very quickly. I would highly recommend this Mavis location and these folks.

Showing up for our tire replacement appointment this morning felt labored considering we had recently gotten it put on. All that disappointment, thanks to Kim and Josh, was somehow replaced with kinda faces, knowledge, compassion and professionalism. Kim took the time to explain everything and had it make sense so we could understand what options we had. Josh taught us how to look for issues in the future before they happen.
