I got to give my girl Kim a shout out I came in today to get my tires checked and get an alignment. It wasn't for her I wouldn't known the tire in the back was showing threads and the safety issue thank you Kim I appreciate you You're great

Edit: Contacted Corporate. District Manager never called. I wish I could give negative stars 🫡 TL;DR: Customer service here is nonexistent . And needs help. Called at 2:45, got a quote on mounting provided wheels on my current tires. I asked if they could do it today, the rep checked with his tech and came back and said he could. So I drive over there after work and the guy greets me with “Why you late man?” Not how are you, not what can we do for you. THEN checks to see if “they” made an appt for me. 6/10 at this point.
