Was heading upstate when I ran into a problem with my tire stopped by this mavis location and had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a garage in years, reasonable price and excellent staff highly recommend.
Customer service used to be good, now they suck. Had an apt for an inspection today (albeit just made this morning) showed up on time, literally waited 30 minutes, nothing. They didn’t take my car back, didn’t even look at me once to say: “we’ll get to it soon” nothing. There were 4-5 staff ‘working’ on 1 car….(talking). complete waste of my time. Lost a loyal customer today.
Everything was great staff was super helpful through the whole process. Will be back for future services.
The mechanic was knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this shop!!
