Bought new tires here and the service was excellent!
This was only my second time coming here and i wasn't very happy with the service last time. Though, i decided to give it a second chance. I'm glad that I did. Upon entering the shop, I noticed it was very clean and under new management .The staff was very friendly and the new manager greeted us with a smile, pleasant attitude, willing to work with me and was very friendly to talk to you. I had a great experience here recently. My tire went flat suddenly just as I was arriving home (thankfully). I called Mavis and they said to come right over even though it was toward the end of the afternoon. With some help, I was able to bring the tire, with a screw embedded in it, for them to patch. They did it right away and didn't even charge me for the service! The tire is in great shape and I was so happy with this really excellent customer service.
Friendly and professional staff. Assistant manager Pete was a great communicator and kept me informed as my tires were changed and routine maintenance was done.
Fantastic customer service. The team called ahead to confirm my appointment and they were punctual and fast on the day of the appointment. Pete, the assistant manager, did a great job explaining what was going on each step of the way. I have been to other shops in the area that aren't nearly as organized and do not offer the same service. I'll be coming back here.
