I had a generally good experience thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. 👎However, my interaction with KADIJA was disappointing—her approach felt dismissive and lacked the level of customer service shown by others and that has bad impact on the business . I hope this can be improved, as the rest of the team reflects the business very well.
First time using this chain in Bayonne NJ. Had low tire pressure came in 435 pm on a Sat, they found multiple nails patch tire and on my way by 510. Made Knicks playoff game at 6 pm at MSG. The staff and manger were great
