A few years ago they were nice and helpful. Just had tires put on another car and they tried selling me brakes. The pads are almost new. I watched the guy goofing off, walk over, glance at the wheel with tire still on and tell the manager I need brakes. Everyone who came in, needed an alignment according to them. They tried hitting me with a higher price at checkout than what I agreed to when I handed them my key. On top of that, I got directional speed rated tires and they put one on backwards.
