Mavis in Middletown really help me out today when I had a loss of tire pressure due to a screw in My Front driver side tire. Came in on a Saturday was very busy, MARK provided excellent customer service and was able to fit me in throughout the day. The technician Ron was great and took care of my issue in five minutes. After taking my car to another tire franchise (which I will not name in the area), I was told that I ran over a nail that was in a place where unfortunately it could not be fixed and I had to buy another tire. They gave me an estimate of over $400 to replace the tire. It did not sit right with me so I decided to get a second opinion and went to Mavis.
