I call and made an appointment to get a state inspection at the Red Lion Mavis tire. Upon arriving for my appointment that had been scheduled they informed me they had no Inspection stickers available until next month. Wow if I had made an appointment should Mavis have reserved an inspection sticker. No call no nothing letting ne know either. Needless to say I will not be going there again.
Outstanding customer service! Brett and team were great! I had a slow leak in a tire and they got me right in, fixed the issue, and were great to work with!
The main guy i dealt with was nice, however he was the only one who knew what he was doing for the most part. Unfortunately didn’t know how to refund a purchase due to me have a tire warranty and accidentally charged me. The other kid made some old lady with her mom van angry and she was cussing up a storm. I called and dealt with someone else and he didn’t even have the right info and I almost ended up with 2 tires when I needed one. It seems most Mavis I walk into are rather disorganized. place slaps hard got work done the guy down the road said would be a month til he got to it done in 5 hrs lol
Service was quick and efficient. I did a walk in for a tire repair and was out in an hour (waited a little due to being a little busy) but they were professional every step of the way! :)
