Took over an hour to change a tire, and charged me nearly full price for a tire that had a warranty on it.
Needed tires because were we were going on vacation that day. The had the tires in stock which are sometimes not readily available. The car was running fine with no problems, just needed tires. They said that the car was out of alignment so I said ok to do the alignment. They told me the rear shocks were leaking. I had just had service with a dealership and they hadn't said they were leaking. Don't go there for brake work. They don't have a scan tool to activate the anti lock brakes. They fixed my truck but it had soft brakes when they were done and advised me to go to a dealer because they couldn't fix it.
Went for oil change and rotate tires. Tires were never rotated but was put as done on invoice won't be back again not sure now what else they could of lied about.
Poor service... they broke my wheel lock for one of my rims... same day I return the vehicle to show the wheel lock is broken.. they say they don't know how it's it got like that... wheel alignment was broken Machine so couldn't get that done... for tire shop on highly disappointed ...inexperienced tech's poor customer service definitely would not come here again

Dropped my 2004 Trail Blazer off for a simple oil change. Two hours later I received a call telling me it was completed. I returned to Tuffy, paid my bill and went to check the oil level. I opened the hood and oil was splattered everywhere! No attempt was made by the oil jockey to even run a rag around the spill. Pools of oil were everywhere, the top of the radiator, pooled on the valve cover, even on the air breather cover! Splattered from the cooling fan to the firewall! The oil level was a half quart low.
