Came in at the end of their day and the gentleman were happy to help. Worked with my request and were very fast and professional.
I recently went to Mavis and when I walked in I asked them if they were able to fix my tire because there was a nail in it. They told me no problem but as soon as I left my tire popped the same one that was supposedly fixed. Triple A came to help and they told me my tire should have never been plugged I should have bought a new one cause plugging the old one where the nail was wouldn’t do anything it would just pop again which is what happened. I’m deeply disappointed in this store I went in with my brand new car and the guy upfront named Mickey sold me brakes that I didn’t even need come to find out they didn’t even take off my tires and look first. Will not be coming back also the two younger employees who were supposedly “looking at my car” are constantly goofing off and yelling you never ever see any workers except one guy who I think is a mechanic with red hair and the guy with a white shirt and braids, actually working. So I’ve been coming to this Mavis for years and I just have to say ever since Juan started running the place I am so much happier he is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have no worries dropping my car off there cause I know he’ll make sure everything is done right. I do have to say though the other white shirt up front Mickey I believe his name is, is very rude and arrogant and I don’t see him doing very much at all anytime I’ve come for a tire change or air which has been more now cause of the terrible Long Island roa... read more
