I had a 2 PM call in appointment for 4 new tires which were sent to Mavis for the 2 PM appointment. Mavis called and told me the garage had the tires. I was at the garage at 1: 45 PM. They pulled my car intge garage at 3 PM. My car sat inside the garage for at least 30 or more minutes before the car was lifted. They pull the wheels and my car sat on the lift for another 40 minutes and no one was working on the car. At 4:15 PM I told them I had to leave by 4:45 to do a pickup by 5 PM. I was finally able to leave at 4:55 PM.
This place is really great, we went there for new brakes for a squealing noise and they were honest and straight up with us that the brakes were in good condition and they didn't feel comfortable selling us new brakes because we truly didn't need them. Even sprayed some brake clearer to see if that helps with the noise. Everyone was super nice and very professional. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!
Very good service, we are out of town an got a flat they fixed it for us because our grandpa is a veteran!
I walked in to get brakes, Nick was very helpful. He kept me informed during the process. I was very pleased with the price and the quick service.
