UPDATE! Previously I had given this Mavis a good review, but recently they destroyed my entire car. Didn't screw the oil drain plug back on right after an oil change and my engine seized when the plug fell out on the highway. Instead of replacing my $5500 dollar car with a working car of equal value, they opted to change out my engine. Once the engine repair was completed, a day later my transmission broke. My car died nearby, and the team at this Mavis came together just before they closed for the day to help move it, physically steering it while in neutral and running to push the car all so that I wouldn’t need to pay for a tow truck! Outstanding service, respect and kindness and humanity that is so rare to come by- they have in spades! Excellent work on my employers’ cars as well every time they’ve been serviced here by this team- thank you Mavis!
