Got a flat tire on our way to the Syracuse airport. Mavis Discount Tire fixed our tire and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Courteous and fast service, highly recommend.
I had a very good experience. I come to this location for my oil changes. I ended up getting a nail in my tire after work today and Mavis was able to get me in and out quickly. The tire got plugged . I noticed the waiting area has gotten an upgrade and now it's very comfortable.
We were in a bind and needed tires on our work truck asap. I neglected to inspect them sooner so it put me in a bad spot. Mike was more than generous to take us in and install all four tires. And an alignment too. We really appreciate what he did for us to keep us running. It’s hard to find great employees like they have here.
Great experience, 10/10 recommend, will and Mike always have great customer service
Mike was amazing. He got us in after hours for an emergency tire swap
