Dev and the team were great, fast & professional! Dev was very informative on what was going on with my vehicle and was more than happy to help me.
This place is under new management and the improvements have been incredible. You can really see the difference in how things are being run. Devon, the store manager, truly goes above and beyond to make things right and ensure customers have a great experience. It’s clear there’s a lot of care being put into turning things around here. Definitely worth checking out again.
Bought Michelin Defender 2 tires here (~$1,200 total). After install, vibrations appeared at highway speeds (American Dream trip and 295 to work). Took it back — tech just added more weights (cluster on one side, old glue still there) instead of properly rebalancing. Shaking continued. Called for road force balancing — they said they don’t offer it and couldn’t help. Convenient location for basic work, but not for vibration issues. Ended up at Mill Street Tire in Moorestown for proper road force balancing with great results.
