Today, October 4 2025, I went to have my car oil changed and tire rotation done when she came. The manager, Jessica, spoke to me. I found her to be an exquisite and loving person, just like a mother in talking to me and understanding my needs. She was a great person who empathized with me and my problems. Earlier this year, I went for safety/emissions inspection, and they told me I needed about $900 in repairs to pass inspections. Bit the bullet there and took Mavis’ recommendations. Then, more recently, I went for a routine oil change, and they are telling me the car control arms need to be replaced, and would cost well over $1k. So glad I said no and walked out.
