Ed is amazing! I had a rough morning with a flat tired on the side of route 78 in the pouring rain. From the time he answered the phone to the time my tired was fixed, Ed and his team were incredible and worked quickly!
I encountered a flat tire on my way to work and had to be towed. My tow truck driver suggested Mavis in Warren because it was close and had a good reputation. I was very pleased by my experience. Ed welcomed me warmly, made sure I was comfortable at a work station while I waited, and made sure my service was prompt. I’m very grateful for the kind customer service and highly recommend this center!
