Mavis was able to get my tire fixed within 45 minutes of arriving to the shop without any issues. The service was exceptional and exceeded all expectations!
I took my car in for a standard oil change. After about an hour in the waiting room, the mechanic comes to talk with me- told me they had a new mechanic doing the oil change and he drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. I asked what that meant and was told that it just means it will be a few minutes longer. He said they have to have the correct transmission fluid delivered. 45 minutes later, comes to say it's almost complete, asked him questions that were recommended from a mechanic friend, answered my questions ... read more

Didn't have to wait long and hood customer service
Went in to get my tire checked cause I got a screw in the tire and they were able to plug it n put the tire back on for me…very nice and quick and very efficient and very accommodating
