Rich and Christina are phenomenal. Any time I need help, they are both there for assistance and they assure me they will get the job done correctly. They corrected mistakes that were done by the dealership.Thank you for having these 2 employees!! EDIT: I would just love to add Christina, Rich and Eric make the dream team when it comes to trusting an auto shop with your car. They took my car in and got it done within the hour. I had a fantastic experience getting two new tires for my Mercedes GLC 300. Rich and Christie were incredibly helpful and efficient. The service was quick, and the price was the best I could find—it even beat Costco! I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire.

Rich and his team at this Mavis location are great. Prior to going to Mavis I had my car serviced at other non Mavis locations in and around Fort Lee / Bergen County. Since that first visit I knew I wouldn't have to bring my car anywhere else for service. I have an older car, more than 10 years, and Rich and his team provide great friendly service. Came in for an oil change and they also checked my brakes and battery for free. They let me know my battery and brake pads were almost at the end of their life, which was great to catch early. Friendly service even during a busy time, and the job was done right on schedule.
