I visited this Mavis for a state inspection. The vehicle failed due to rear brakes being at the state legal limit; I declined the recommended service. Upon retrieving my car, I noticed multiple grease smudges (driver’s side hood near the windshield, driver’s front fender, passenger-side quarter panel) and new scratches on the passenger quarter panel and door.
