Can't even get the most basic things right I went to Mavis in Hyde Park to get two tires I purchased from them installed onto the rims with old tires on them I brought in. They did the work in a timely manner and I returned to pick up the tires. I arrive home and to my surprise the sticky wheel weights were already falling off of both of the tires. After further inspection I see that they didn't even clean the place on the rim where the weights were to be placed. That is tire installation 101, and they couldn't even properly... read more
I was serviced by Raymond the manager at the 500 hillside ave new hide park location today 5/5/21. He was professional, patient and informative of my tire needs. The Service mgr, Ray I believe. Took care of the service to my car. This included 4 tires with installation etc. And alignment. I had a very smooth ride home as a result lol. Will recommend this location and it’s crew to all.
