I came in there frazzled only to be greeted at the desk by didnt catch her name w blonde hair and she was awesome calmed me down n took care of my tire right away I wld highly recommend this place they did great service and thank you again very pleased
I wanted to start by saying that I'm not usually a fan of large company auto repair shops. I normally like to support local, small businesses when I can because I think they give a better value and price. That being said, PHIL at the Toms River, NJ location of Mavis Tire is changing my mind. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful when it has come to repairing both of our vehicles. This was my second time here and overall great experience again. The staff was very helpful and nice, especially Pearla at the front desk. Will be returning!
I am done with Mavis. I arrived a few minutes early for a 3:00 PM tire rotation appointment. All but one bay was empty and there was one customer in the waiting area. I was told that there would be a 4 hour wait. The customer service representative did not apologize for the delay or provide an explanation. It was unreasonable to wait that long.
