I recently got a nail in my tire and went to Mavis Discount Tire in Hackettstown for help. I had a great experience and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Tom. He was kind, attentive, and thorough. He provided great communication and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. I’ve needed a whole laundry list of repairs on my car the past few months including, new brakes, shocks, rotors, emissions work, and most recently a repair on a tire with a nail in it. They always work swiftly at the Hackettstown location. They are friendly and give as much info as possible to keep you in the loop.
