I brought my husband's truck in to be serviced. Bryan who helped me he answered some ?s I had about some other potential issues. He was very kind, explained everything in terms I could understand. He was also very patient. He did a wonderful job. And I will be scheduling to come in for those issues we discussed with confidence he will take care of them right. Thanks Bryan and Mavis tire we have found a home for all 3 of or cars now.
I needed a tire repair. I was greeted by Kaylee (super nice). She looked up the tire history and assisted in getting the car into the shop immediately. The tire was fixed and rest were rotated. I am a repeat customer to this shop (Mavis Hackettstown) and will remain a customer here.
Staff was very courteous and professional. Service was excellent!! Bryan was extremely courteous and professional, Great Job!!
Kaylee got me in last minute 10 till close, thank you!
