Sexist rip-off artists! Bought 4 tires there. One had a bubble on the side a month later, and they told me it was "normal"! They finally replaced it when I threatened to call the Corporate Office. Price quoted to my 80 y/o Mother for bearings was $500 for than other places. They treated me like an idiot, because I'm female. My dad taught me how to do car repairs from the time I was 5 y/o. I rebuilt carbs when I was a teen. These people are sexists who take advantage of women and the elderly. Avoid it!
Sadly I was there Sunday and the. Again last night and caught the manager Scott hugging and kissing when I showed up to get my tire fixed . Sadly the video cottage will show it all!
Bridge Ave point pleasant, classic up-selling. Went in for a patch - skinny nail had punctured brand new tire. Told the receptionist I wanted a patch, not a plug. Whilst I was on an important business phone call outside one of the guys in the shop came out and told me the brake fluid was black and needed changing or else the brakes might fail. Scott, the manager, is a great guy and so friendly. We had a problem with our tire, and he took the car right in and had the problem resolved within 20 minutes. We would recommend Mavis Tires on Bridge Avenue in Pt. Pleasant to everyone!
