Just went to Mavis Tire in Coram NY on Middle Country rd. yesterday. I called on the phone about low tire pressure on one of my tires and Mickey told me to bring my car right in. When I arrived I met Neil who took my info and got my car looked at by the mechanic. Seems just one of the tires needed air. All the tires were checked. I was nearly due for an oil change so I had that done. Mickey and Neil could not have been nicer ! I drove home feeling very comfortable that I had a very positive experience at Mavis !

I do not recommend going to this location especially if you are a female. The manager Eric spoke rudely, disrespectfully, and sarcastically towards me as if I was stupid. This location wore down my oil plug from their last oil change on my car, first, they told me to come down, they'll fix it and give me a free oil change, then I went down there to find out they can't take me in to come back the next day. I have been going to the Mavis Tire Store (previously STS) for over 15 years and the staff and service at this store is always great and second to none!!! Always friendly and professional in the way they treat their customers ... and always quality service. I highly recommend making the Flemington Mavis Store your store of choice for tires, brakes and oil changes.
