They aren’t honest in pricing. The quote was $200 less than the final price ( they were charging 200 for an oil change )
We had a slow leak.in one of our car tires. The car ease was up in a few months and I did not want to buy a new tire or tires. We needed it for work. They got us right in, repaired the leak and got us on the road quickly.at a very fair price. They were very friendly and answered all our questions. Happy with the Service here. I will go back.
We stopped in on a Saturday morning because we had a flat tire. They took my car in immediately, were able to patch the tire and delivered it back to me fixed good as new! I found each employee that I came in contact with from the desk person to the repair mechanic to be very cordial and professional. They managed to turn an unpleasant experience such as a flat tire into a not so bad morning after all. Thank you STS Byram.
triple the price for parts. took the car for front end alignment. was told it needed 1300 worthe of work check price on parts sts charged at least 3 times the nornal price. needless to say will never go back there.
