Great place, great service. My entire family goes to this Mavis, the Manager Jay & assistant manager Steve are fantastic & go above & beyond to make sure we get the service required, they're always informative & have no hidden charges. I advise everyone, if looking for friendly honest service, this is the place. I followed Jay to Islandia when he transferred from the East Islip & I'll follow him where ever he goes to work.I'd give 20 stars if it was possible
I have been going to the Mavis store in Islandia for years. They continue to be professional, Informative and helpful. The manager Jay and the technicians are the best.
The managers were excellent and so polite. Very time efficient and well done. Did everything in there power to save my tire without having to replace it. Very nice crew and very good at what they do
I was driving home from work late and noticed my tired was low on pressure with a nail in the tread. I knew I wouldn't make it to Mavis near my house before they closed, so I called two Mavis locations that were on my way home. There was only 45 min remaining before both locations closed. The first location couldn't help. But the Mavis in Islandia told me to come in. Very thankful they were able to help plug my tire before they closed! Very friendly staff too.
I brought my car in to do a wheel alignment I was told that my front inner and outer tie rods was so bad that I would have to do the work first before I can get the wheel alignment and 600 and 30 dollars. I told them don't do the work and I was charged $38 for them putting my car on the lift. The next day I took my car to my mechanic to double check what mavis told me I needed. He called me in the shop while my car was on the lift to show me that nothing at all was wrong with my inner and outer tie rods NOTHING. So I went st... read more
