My son had brought his truck in for 2 new front tires on his 4wd. The shop installed 2 smaller tires on the front and did not inform my son it would damage his truck. Now his front differential cracked from installing the wrong size tires and the shop and management will not take responsibility. Working with the attorney general
Great experience dealing with my flat. Brought in a flat tire with bent rim tire was basically new. Instead of making me wait a few days for repairs Jay stepped up and said he would be willing to fix it today if possible. He did warn me it may not work and if it doesn’t I’ll be where I am now but if it does I’ll avoid needing to wait a few days for the repair and will save a bunch of money.
