Excellent and trusty. My daughter car had some noise and the joint in the tires were change in other mechanical service, was request to bring the car to alignment and balancing this mechanic do not do; she bring the car to Mavis and let them know she still hear a noise, they run the car and detect some scrubs were not well tied. They tied and did the alignment. Noise was eliminated, they just charge for the alignment. Thank for take care of my college daughter, for the honest assesment, and for the fair rate
I had an excellent experience at Mavis! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. They did a great job on my tires and made sure everything was safe before I left, which I really appreciated. The team felt more like friends than just service staff. Chris, Ernie, and Brad were all incredibly attentive, informative, and patient, taking the time to explain what was needed and answer my questions without any pressure. Their customer service was truly top-notch friendly, honest, and respectful.
Shoutout to Chris and Brad for the help. I came in with a flat thinking I just needed air. They found out I had 3 holes in a rear tire. Since my car is an AWD, I needed a rear tire that matched the other rear tire. I got two tires for a great price thanks to these two. I’m very appreciative of their work, they’re very kind and quick too. If you need any tire work, I suggest you go to Mavis.
I am furious!!! 3 different attempts and 6000 phone calls, emails and I still have not received a call from the elusive regional manager named Elizabeth. Popped a tire and limped into Mavis. Of course I was told I needed two tires, not one, plus an alignment and balance. My tires were not in stock so had to wait two days. Alignment was awful. Brought it back and now feels way better.
