Really nice people but way too slow had an appointment for my car at 8:00 a.m. for state inspection . Then I see them pulling in other cars that did not have an appointment and my can was outside that's not good .
10/10 recommend this Mavis location. I specifically go here whenever I need service because David and Brandon are great. They’re always professional, honest, and make the entire process super easy. It’s rare to find people you trust with your car, but they consistently take great care of everything and explain what’s going on without trying to upsell unnecessary things. Because of them, I’ll continue coming back anytime I need service. If you go here, definitely ask for David or Brandon — you won’t regret it. 👏🚗

Damaged my vehicle, won't take responsibility, regional manager is dismissive at best.....my reliable trusted mechanic says it very much possible as they drained the extra oil Mavis put in my car themself, and even your own store manager said it is possible. It was eye opening reading these other horrifying reviews that range from a woman being bullied by a mechanic to a car's brakes going out on Bear Mountain. Wowzers
