I made an appointment for a Saturday at 8am for an oil change and they called me the day before to confirm which was great. When I got there a few minutes to 8 a customer was very rude to me and demanded that he go ahead of me since he was sitting in the parking lot prior to 8. Jason handled the customers arrogance very well and was able to reconcile fairly. He was quite the professional.
