I purchased 2 tires for my BMW x3. I had an appointment but it still took almost 2 hours to install the tires and when I paid, the employee told me that they had an employee shortage and he was doing all of the work- I was okay with that. Two days later I had a tire monitoring sensor failure and took the car to the dealer to check it. They said the tires were put on backwards and I should not drive the car until the tires were fixed. I visited Mavis Discount Tire - Bernardsville today for the service of my passenger side back tire. From the handling of my call to the completion of servicing my tire, I found that Niel was very professional and caring. I could have gone to a much closer Mavis location but chose Bernardsville because my previous visits were also above satisfactory. To Niel and auto personnel, keep up the good work!
