I have a mechanic friend who did a check on the claims that the front desk person made to me at the branch that my tie rods "were seized up" and that they tried grease and "blow torch" and were still unable to get them loose enough to do a front end suspension. Had a leak in one tire, and they fit me in right away. Put on the spare as the leak was too large to repair, and did not charge me anything. I will order the tire I need and go back to them to put it on. Couldn't ask for better service.

They communicate clearly, physically show you the issue and provide detail explanations and options. When the mechanic starts your job, they stay with it until it is done, no personal breaks.

I needed to have a flat tire repaired on my grandson's car and the nice folks at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Pineville worked me in quickly & diagnosed the problem while I enjoyed the air-conditioned comfort of their waiting room. Great service from a great team. Thanks!

Even as a Sparta resident for many years, II had never been to Mavis Tire in Sparta, NJ before but was leaving on a trip and found I had a soft tire that kept losing air. So the morning of our trip I went to the Mavis shop early (before listed opening hour), was taken in right away after describing my issue. Within about 30 minutes the kind service person returned my car, nail removed from my tire, reinflated and set to go. I had my car tolled to Mavis a week ago, the service was bad, the kept my car on the lift for 1 hour and 45 minutes, after telling me over the phone that the tire would by $71 with the total being $94 after installation. After waiting 30 minutes a black guy, (service manager maybe) came in. He later came to me telling me the tire was $91and $24 for something else, he kept adding prices, I let him know what it was told up front, so he said it will be $108 for everything. Ill start with im a manager and i DONT do reviews and i always go over and beyond to tell managers of the POSITIVE things people do whn they do them cuz we mostly hear the negative stuff 99% of the time.
