I pulled up to ask a simple question, and was immediately told "you need to back up" because an employee was about to move a car. They weren't even in the car yet, so I said "I just want to ask you a quick question" and he said "you need to move." I backed up as requested, to which another employee said "you can't block (something)." I just left at that point. I'm sure that's what they wanted. Totally unhelpful and unwelcoming. Beware if you're a woman. Edit: went up to the road to Pep Boys and I can highly recommend them!
I purchased tires a year ago which are covered under their warranty. I had an issue with the tires that caused them to wear unevenly and excessively. After the dealership telling me there was nothing wrong and maybe get my tires check, which the dealership didn’t want to do, I took it back to this Mavis. I was promptly taken care of at this location. They gave me new tires because of the warranty with absolutely no hassle.
