Let me start by saying I have used Mavis in the past and did not have an issue. It is the Rt 46 Parsippany location I am referring to. I brought my car in for 4 tires and an alignment. When I left the lot my car was pulling to the left. Called when I got home to let them know I would bring the car down the next day to be fixed. Day 2 they adjust the alignment. John excelled in customer service. Knowledgeable & accommodating. Great service!
Excellent service received. They took in my vehicle right away and went to work diagnosing the problem. The team was very helpful and got me on the road again in only one hour. Very friendly and helpful team from the front desk to the technicians. I will return next time I need service.
Went in and asked if I could drop my spare time off for service and have my spare tire changed because it has a crack in the side wall. I asked if I could drop the tire off and pick it up the following day. The woman at the counter said she had to go speak with someone, went and spoke with the tech and then came back and said this can be done for cash only ? I would not recommend anyone bring anything for service unless you want to get shaken down
Store Manager was very knowledgeable & helpful in ensuring my tire was repaired. Highly recommend this place.
