INSTALLED THE WRONG BRAKE PADS — DO NOT USE THE TARRYTOWN LOCATION!!!!!! I went to this location for a tire issue and was told I urgently needed new front brake pads and rotors because my car was unsafe to drive without them. I was out of town and still had many miles to drive, so I agreed to the service. Afterward, something felt off while driving. CHRISTINA provided excellent customer care service. Because I trusted her detailed Recommendations with the all important “Why,” I purchased 2 Michelin MXV tires, Tire Balance, Tire Rotation, Wheel Alignment PLUS new Front & Rear disc Brake pads, disc Brake Rotors, Brake Flush, Synthetic Oil change, topped Fluids, tested TPMS System & Batteries ~ all of which was necessary services for my vehicle. With the Mavis credit card she suggested I apply for, I received 6 months @ 0% interest! Wow.
I had an excellent experience working with Christina at Mavis Tire. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Christina took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the services being performed on my vehicle. She also was overall very pleasant to talk to and it was amazing experience. Especially for fact, that’s my first time getting my tires replaced!
