They always recommend brake pad and rotor change when I visit for other issues. The first two times I did it. On my last visit, they called me when I dropped my car off for an engine oil change that my pads and rotor need to be changed out again when I just did it there less than 6 months ago, so I told them. They called me back 4 times offering the service to me at a lower price every time while they had my vehicle.
