I came here to get 4 new tires and let me just say I would come here again. Outstanding customer service in person and when I called, transparent pricing.
I went in to get my headlight replaced. I was anticipating a bit of a wait given that it was a Sunday afternoon, but I was swiftly taken care of. Angel replaced my headlight. Everyone I encountered, from phone calls inquiring about service, to receiving the service, were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for any service needs.
I’m actually surprised by how quick and on point they were with their appointments. I had a bad experience with Pep Boys, so I was skeptical about getting service from another big chain. My car was on the lift by 8:00 a.m. Even after I had to go back and get my wheel lock, I was out of there by 9:00 a.m. with four new tires installed. The staff was very pleasant, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
