My 71 year old mother went in for an oil change and came out with $900 worth of parts and labor. They took advantage of an older woman who knows nothing about cars. I brought my 2019 Nissan in for an inspection and oil change. They said to pass inspection, I needed new break pads and rotors, and a new tire. On my return home to CT, and for 2 days, we heard a new whining sound when we used the breaks. The sound grew worse and I went back to Mavis. The manager told me I was not driving my car properly and should learn how to use the gears on steep hills.
