Great location, great staff, come to find out Brandon moved to the Hackensack location. Highly recommend you go to the Hackensack Mavis for his services. He’s very knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manners. Highly recommend.
This place is a complete scam. I came in for a simple tire issue and the guy immediately started pushing every possible add-on he could think of—new tires, brakes, alignment, even stuff that clearly didn’t need fixing. The attitude was disgusting, like he was doing me a favor just by talking to me. He was rude, arrogant, and flat-out dishonest. It was beyond obvious he only cared about squeezing money out of me. If you want to waste your time and get ripped off, this is the place. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
Great customer service by jose. Helped me out of a jam and got me a great price on tires. Highly recommend.
