When I tell you JOSHHHH saved my life. He legit drove to another mavis location to get my tire that they didn’t have in his location just so I can have because I didn’t even have a spear . I truly appreciate him and mavis for always coming through. This is why I’m a repeated customer!!!!!
So I finally stopped by the shop today to buy tires. Josh was AMAZING !! He was very welcoming and he did a great job explaining my options. He kept me updated with my car && answered all my questions. Excellent customer service !!!
I arrived to Mavis right before they were about to close, and Josh agreed to change my front tires. Both Josh and John were so very helpful and accommodating. They have no idea, but they literally saved my day. Thank you so much guys for your last min work, it is highly appreciated 🙏🏽. They have great customer service.
The sales representative listened, asked questions, and—most importantly—stuck to the estimated completion time. At the other Mavis on Boston Road, I had to wait 2.5 hours just to have a tire plugged. Here, I was in and out in 30 minutes and completely satisfied with the job.
Came in with a tire that was looking as if it had been slashed in several places. Josh explained how this could have happened, helped me choose a replacement, repaired another tire that had a nail in it, and even gave me a discount. He and his team truly turned my day around—great service!
