had a 10 am appointment when I got there they said they could get me at 2...I came back to the desk at 155...they came out at 215 and then at 220 told me they could do my tires at 5 pm...
Horrible. They was no help whatsoever. After 3 visits about my tire and them telling me nothing’s wrong; there still is something wrong with my tire.
Only reason I gave them a star is because I had to. I had a schedule appointment for 430 for emission and inspections. They called to confirm my appointment the day before. I arrive at the facility 20 minutes early. I go to check in at the front desk which I was advised to do when they called me to verify the date and time. I give them my name and said I'm a little early for my emission and inspection appointment. They proceeded to tell me that the person who does the test leaves at 4pm.
