I recently returned to the Jersey Shore and needed a good mechanic. As I was unable to get any references I took a shot at Suburban Auto, located at the old Rollo's bus depot along Hwy 35 in Keyport, where I found a friendly hard-working crew described best in three words; honesty, integrity, and reliability. Their repair and legwork was exemplary and the cost reasonably, certainly much, much less than what friends' paid for similar repairs. Ask for Mike. Oh, I've referred four friends and two more are lined up.
I would like to express my gratitude for Mr. Marc at Hill Tire Store. Although unsatisfied with the quality of and after having new tires installed, I re-visited the location 3x and was ALWAYS treated with courtesy, professionalism and respect. I am very dissapointed in the service and customer service from this store. Today during the morning I went in the Waplingers store to replace the four tires in my honda CRV. I was quoted a price and told them to go ahead with replacing all of my tires as a snow storm was coming and I needed a vehicle to move. I waited the whole day, communicating with the store about the status and they told me to go ahead and pick up my car.
